We have 1 bedroom available in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Our interior if filled with light which is perfect for my little jungle. We hope you can take care of our plants when we are away. We don’t have a TV but there will enjoy our mini library.

Great exposure, it is bright all day long (North and East). It is ideal if you work from home.

From the balcony, we have a direct view of the ocean. The perfect vantage to watch the sunrise and the whales during the season (between May and November).

It is fully furnished, you just need to unpack.

This unit is located in a quiet building. It is very important for us to respect our neighbours.

On-street parking available, there are limited spots without restrictions.

It will be available between 2nd June and 1st August.

I am Maeva, I am 38 years old. I was born and raised in France. I’ve been living in Australia for over 7 years. I now call Sydney home. I work for a not for profit childcare provider as a commercial analyst. On my spare time I take photos, organise secret gigs and watch whales for hours.

I live with my Italian partner Mattia who’s about to turn 40. He works in hospitality. We share the love of food and the company of our friends. We are not party animals anymore. We prefer to host a dinner rather than going out in clubs. He makes the best coffees in town, and if you are lucky you’ll test it.

We are looking for respectful and trustworthy people to sublet our flat while we are visiting our family in Europe.

If you move in from 2nd June, you will share the flat with Mattia. After 20th June, you will have it for yourself.

The flat is located in Coogee on Beach st, opposite Wylie’s Baths on the South side of the beach.

The location is incredible. In less than 5 minute walk, you are at the Coogee Beach or Wylie’s Baths. All the shops are accessible in 10 min walk. From Coogee, you can do the famous coastal walk to Bondi towards the North and to Maroubra towards the South.

It is well connected thanks to close bus stops to the city and UNSW.

The rent is $500 per week. We will request 2 weeks in advance and a bond.

Bills are not included (electricity only).
